HOTEL FORK & KNIFE Miyajima

From the moment we walked in - we were made to feel special. The whole stay was such a treat. The thermal bath, the beautiful room and the incredible Japanese tasting menu for dinner. We loved it all! Arigato!

It was perfect!

The location is good. It was an easy walk (small uphill) from the train station to the hotel. You can also walk quite easily to the ferry to visit Miyajima Island. The room was comfortable. It has a platform bed which takes up most of the space but was very comfortable. It had all the bathroom amenities which were very lovely. The roof top deck with the hot pool, cold plunge pool, sauna and lounge chairs was lovely and had a nice view. It was a nice place to relax. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated.

The restaurant was ok. We had the set dinner menu that had 11 small plates. It was ok but not stellar. We had the western breakfast but again ok not great. They could definitely work in the food selection.
