Do not book this place. It is a scam. Booking.com should definitely take this place off their available properties to re

Probably would have been okay if it hadn’t been double booked. I was sent a door code that didn’t work and someone was already in the cottage when I got there. Apparently this had happened before according to another review I read.

Not being able to stay there since someone was already there when I arrived even though I had already paid .

Easy, we didn't stay.

The location and the outside of the house looked nice.

I didn't like how I made the reservation two to three months in advance, only to drive over four hours to find another couple already in the home! I texted and laughed it off as something I always hear about, but had never experienced. She acted like she didn't know how the got in the home when she has to text you the code! She said something about other properties and said she'd call us back in thirty seconds. After 45 minutes I tried to call her only to have her phone go straight to voice mail and then voicemail tell me it's full. I wasn't smiling after that. I called Booking only to find out that about an hour earlier she had called them to cancel my payment, remove any cancelation fee and give me a full refund. That's great and all but why didn't she call us back and let us know so we didn't sit in a parking lot for an hour?!
