The hotel is nice for a quick stay if you have a night layover from the airport or doing just a quick work visits. Staff is very nice and they helped me when I had problems connecting to the wifi. Beds are confortable unless you don't like beds that feel like clouds then this is not a hotel for you. The shuttle to the airport is great and the driver is very nice.
The toilet in my room wasn't clean. That was an absolutely no for me.

The front desk staff were exceptional. They arranged for us to procure a late dinner and transportation to and from. Additionally, a shuttle driver named Dean was very kind and friendly. He truly represented the name of your hotel, "Tru By Hilton". He engaged with us in conversation, and logistics, and offered suggestions for dinner. He was our favorite staff member! A nice award of recognition would be recommended for Mr. Dean.
Fresh Coffee was not available early morning when we woke up to get ready for our departure. This was at 4:00 am. Only cold, overnight coffee was available and when requested, the staff were not exuberant about preparing a new batch.
