Great location, friendly staff, clean facility

My only real complaint is that I felt the bedding sheets are a little rough. They aren’t soft sheets if that’s what you like. The pillows are also a little too hard for my taste

Chambre peut être un poil petite mais très propre et fonctionnelle. Vraiment parfait si on souhaite loger dans le centre de Busan. La literie peut être ferme pour certains mais moi ça m’allait très bien. J’ai lu des commentaires qui indiquaient que cela pouvait être bruyant, ce n’était pas du tout le cas pour ma part. On n’y dort bien. Les deux petits plus : le staff est d’une gentillesse incroyable, très accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, juste ce qu’il faut pour bien commencer la journée. Je recommande a 100%. J’y ai passé un très bon séjour.

- very clean - good location - a lot of amenities (bathing, kettle in the room)

- no AC for the first night, they didn't tell me that immediately even though it turned out they were fully aware that it didn't work, even before I checked in. The lack of communication was the biggest problem. After I complained they gave me a fan. They claimed the problem will be solved but then they told me I need to move to a new room which meant moving all my stuff again for a two night stay. Very inconvenient and i wish they were upfront with the issue. - during the first ac-less night I opened the window but there was very loud construction that woke me up in the morning which the window made worse. But you can still hear the construction with a closed window because they're expanding the hotel itself - a cleaning person walked in on me changing because they were not informed I had to change rooms. I understand one mistake but I was already annoyed by the lack of communication before this - no bell after hours, if you need something you need to be able to ring a Korean number
