L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du métro et à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du parc Ueno.
L'appartement était très bien équipé, avec des petites attentions très agréables et notre hôte a été réactif quand on a eu besoin de lui.

Close to small Iriya Station. Also Ueno Station shopping and eating area just a few blocks away.

We are a couple and stayed here for 8 days. The main room was spacious enough and had all the basic amenities we needed! Cold aircon, hot shower/bathtub, TV, kitchen, and the place is quiet. Such a nice place to rest after a long tiring day going around Tokyo. The nearest station is Iriya Station, about 5 mins walk for fast walkers and 8 mins for leisure walkers. It also has an elevator. 100% recommend for young travellers of 2-3 pax.
The only thing is that the bathroom has a 1 level stepper/elevated step and it would not be the best scenario for people (young or old) with troubles of climbing up the 1 level step.
