We have only positive things to say about this apartment: great location, close to vaporetto stop (Rialto Mercato and Rialto), close to the Rialto Mercato, close to grocery shop, restaurants, etc. Very easy to get in, very responsive management team, very clean, very nice furniture, etc. etc. The only caveat is the 60 stairs to get to the 3rd floor, but this is not a problem for most people. Otherwise an excellent stay that we would highly recommend.
Noise from the street, in the morning or late in the evening, even though the windows do close very tightly.

Property was emaculate and in a great location.
Checkin was cumbersome.

Posizione della struttura in centro a Venezia
Pulizia e confort nell'appartamento
Non avevamo capito la collocazione dell'appartamento al terzo piano, con scale molto scomode.
Forse da segnalare, per eventuali problemi motori
