Grab a rocking chair for your morning coffee, settle into an Adirondack chair with a salty breeze, gather around the outdoor dining area, or head to the covered oceanfront party deck and enjoy your own happy hour with the Atlantic as your backdrop!
Down by the pool, vacation mode is in full swing. Stretch out on a lounger and soak up the sunshine, cool off with a swim in the large private pool, or fire up the grill for an easy afternoon cookout. When the sun goes down, slip into the hot tub with your favorite drink and unwind beneath the stars while listening to the ocean nearby. You may find yourself spending more time outside than in—and we wouldn't blame you!

the beach, the pool, the house...so wonderful. Owner was there when I arrived. Had difficulty in using the keypad. He was so helpful. He handed me his business card and told me to call if I had any problems. Pool and hot tub were cleaned twice while we were there. All the time sparkling water. Extra refrigerators, two stoves, 2 dishwashers were all a plus. Had a problem with the kitchen sink running slow, addressed immediately. The owner and his staff were right on with attention to any concerns. We were there over the 4th of July, fireworks fantastic. This was a wonderful family vacation.

The house was nice. Garage area not clean at all. Kitchen was great with lots of counter space and well equipped for cooking for a large group.
I was disappointed to have to purchase a “linen package” for a large luxury house such as this.
We had trouble with the code getting into the house. We called and were given 3 different codes, none of which worked. A maintenance worker came by while we were waiting and let us in but we never had a working code and therefore could not lock the door when we left. Also, I had paid extra for pool heat knowing it would be cold this early in the season. The pool was NOT heated, it was freezing! I tried reaching the office 2 days in a row and was on hold long periods of time each day. I even called the office yesterday after returning home and sat on hold for 20 minutes and then left my number for a return call which I still haven’t received. Very disappointing!!
