This was a huge win for our trip. The staff at the desk (Jon and Sarah) were exceptional. The crew supporting the staff were incredibly helpful as well. Always happy to help. Breakfast was great! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and new. We had everything we needed. Great for families! We will definitely stay again. The team at El Malaspina deserve a huge kudos!!! Well done.

Amazing staff, they upgraded our room and gave us an early check in. The front desk was super helpful. Delicious breakfast and complimentary wine. Perfect location, walking distance within everything but not too crowded area so you feel comfortable. Will definitely go back and highly recommend it! The best hotel I’ve stayed in Florence so far.
