Not clean . Broom broken and blender. Dirty shirt and underwear found in the bedroom . Had to pull hair out of the master bathroom . Washer gross and dirty . Wouldn't stay there again . The beds were also terrible

The Regatta property is a wonderful beach location overall. The pool/pool deck is nice BUT the unit itself let's be honest..it's needs some love. The master bed is so worn down that it's the most uncomfortable bed and if you have 2 adults you both roll to the center the foam is broke down. Do not count on using the pull out bed either. It's broke and your head lays almost to the ground while the end is higher up so you'll get zero sleep. The kitchen amenities are ok but there no pot holders, no metal utensils for grilling, their blender that's supplied doesn't work, the blow dryer on the wall that they supplied doesn't work. Also, renters beware there's construction going on Monday-Friday right now so you won't be able to sleep in at all! And nobody warns you about it. The beach view will be gone soon as they are building right outside of your deck. You can also hear every footstep and voice of the upstairs unit. AC worked great in the unit. So just use caution when booking this place. And lastly, I don't recommend using their washer and dryer unit in the room it shredded a lot of our clothes and it's REALLY loud to use. Good luck with your stay. We will not he back sadly but wanted to point out the good and bad so you can make up your own mind but we wish we would have stayed somewhere else. We reported everything to them but nothing was done to compensate us.

The condo was great there was issues with the people in the condo above us put the host handle it

The biggest disappointment was the view. Last year we rented one right below this one and you could see the beach clearly. New construction blocked that view and caused lots of noise. The unit needs upgrades. The walls are cracking in places, the bathrooms could use some work. It did meet our needs for our stay but for the price we paid, I honestly expected a little better. Air conditioner was on point though and it was hot so that was nice!
