THIS is a gem and exemplar of a truly wonderful VRBO experience. The property was stellar and in a fantastic location close to the main shopping and dining areas of the Lake Sumpter section of the Villages. I was ambivalent about staying in the Villages, but this property satisfied my top requirements of being safe, clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and peaceful. The water pressure is excellent, the water heater never ran low, the towels actually smelled nice, and the air conditioning was outstanding. The water quality was also the best I’ve EVER experienced in Florida, likely due to a high-end whole-house filtration system and an under-sink filtration system. This was easily in the top 1% of my rental stays (and I’ve been using VRBO and other rental sites for over a decade for all of my travel lodging). I wish all of my VRBO experiences were this nice.

Our stay was great and we would absolutely recommend this home. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed, while still being in a quiet, comfortable area.The home was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We've been visiting this area for over 15 years because my parents live in The Villages, so we know the area well. We specifically chose this property because of its convenient location while helping my parents through some medical issues, and it couldn't have worked out better.Laura was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end. When we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay by an extra night, she was incredibly accommodating and made the process easy, which was such a relief during a stressful time.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable home with a fantastic host in an ideal location, this is it. We'd definitely stay here again.

Laura provided us with a wonderful stay in the villages. The property was extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable and the entire kitchen was stocked with everything one could ask for. I highly recommend at stay at this beautiful home! I will be back.

This review is written by a party of 3 sixty’ish year old women….who are pretty particular about EVERYTHING :) and we give this home solid rating! Lake Sumter Landing and all it offers is literally just steps away. Regarding the space: the 3 bedrooms were used and we all found them to be comfortable and quiet with good bedding and pillows. We had plenty of hot water for morning showering. The patio space is lovely for morning coffee and sunshine. There isn’t any noise from neighbors and the little nature park is peaceful. It was definitely summertime HOT and the AC in the home was a huge relief. I think it is new as it has “fancy” controls. If you want to adventure beyond Sumter Landing, you can rent your own Golfcart from The Villages, which is a 5 minute walk away. We used Walmart and Amazon delivery for food stuffs and forgotten phone chargers. Aldi’s is a walk away as well. There is a separate laundry room and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, and we didn’t hear any noise from that area. The great room space was comfy with the seating and we enjoyed the large screen TV and options. My only recommendation is a sound bar, because we 3 women can over talk each other all day long.
