The Space:

Perched at 8,900 feet in Colorado's San Juan Mountains, this three-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome places guests mid-mountain at Purgatory Resort. The home features a private hot tub, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, gas fireplaces in the great room and primary bedroom, and access to the DMMA clubhouse amenities. In winter, ski access and the nearby lift make mountain days convenient; in summer, hiking, biking, and resort activities are close by. The home does not have air conditioning; cool mountain evenings provide natural ventilation.



PET POLICY: Up to 2 dogs are permitted, each weighing 50 lbs or less. The pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, capped at $250 per pet, per stay.

Guest access is completely automated and will be sent via email & text message 7 days prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located mid-mountain at Purgatory Resort in the San Juan Mountains, about 25 miles north of downtown Durango. Guests are close to the resort plaza, ski terrain, hiking and biking trails, and year-round mountain activities.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for travel to Durango and surrounding attractions. At the resort, the home is a short walk from the main plaza and Graduate Lift, with ski access available when conditions permit.

A mandatory 4% Purgatory Resort fee is included in the quote. An optional additional 4% provides access to the Durango Mountain Club, including the heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and fitness facility.



PAYMENT SCHEDULE: For direct reservations processed by Modern VRM, $300 is due at booking and is applied to the reservation total; 50% of the reservation total is due 60 days before check-in; and the remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. For reservations collected by an OTA, the payment schedule shown by that channel at checkout controls.



CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation policy displayed by your booking channel at checkout and in your reservation confirmation applies. Please review those terms before booking.
