Noise: We are a group friendly property, but ask that you keep noise to a reasonable volume to not disturb our neighbors.
Parking: We have a shared driveway, please make sure to only park on our side of the driveway and in the additional spots. You will receive a photo of the marked spots in your check-in instructions.

We had a great time. It was great having everyone together in one place. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for every one. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. It felt safe there.There was plenty of parking and it didn't have to be on the street.The amenities like different types of coffee pods, dish soap, paper towels, and spices were a nice touch. Dishes, pots, pans, and toaster was available. You certainly do not get that in a hotel room!The host is very congenial and very responsive. Any question I had Garet responded quickly. It was much appreciated.

The home is much more spacious than it appears. The rooms were very clean, the kitchen was stocked nice with pots, pans, silverware, etc. The host was very communicative and timely with responses to my inquiries. Everyone in my party was very impressed with the layout of the home and recent renovations that were done. One member of my party asked for rental information. I highly recommend this property.

This home was beyond our expectations. It is stocked with any amenity you might have forgotten to bring. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful kitchen - walk in showers - we didn't have a dog but there was even a kennel and dishes should you bring your furry friend. Oh even a high chair. You will never regret staying in this lovely home. My sisters and I hope to return again. Thanks for the wonderful memories.
