Capsule Hostel Perth - note - Valid passport required to check-in

Comfortable quiet

No toilet signs on ground floor.

Great location, close to all the essentials in Perth. Comfortable beds. I didn’t use the kitchen but the bathrooms were always clean.

I had the top bunk and it was very high, even with my arms up from the floor, I could barely reach it and I’m 169cm so it wasn’t easy to access it to be fair.

The capsule beds are comfy, spacious and private. The bathrooms were always very clean. The location is good and easily walkable to the city and train/bus station.

No breakfast offered, for the price of the accommodation this is quite unusual. We booked as 2 groups of 2 and emailed them a month in advance about making sure we were in the same room and this wasn’t accommodated. The hostel is very male heavy so bare this in mind as a solo female traveller. I was with friends who all got put in the same room, but I got put in a room on my own that was all men. There is rarely anyone on reception, even during opening times so we had to wait for someone to arrive at check in and when we wanted to check out. Only some of the beds have lockers which you can put your own lock on but the other beds only have a draw which is not lockable.
