the house is very nice and clean. Lots of kitchen utensils are provided. The surrounding is very quiet and calm.Only short distance from Mayang Mall and KTCC Mall
The cooking area and laundry area were combined together in a small place which makes cooking harder. The third room is quite small.

I like most is the location. Very near to Pasar Payang, Restaurant Singgang Budu and Sekati jetty for boat ride. I also like the apartment ambience. Comfy, nice and clean. Aircond. View also beautiful especially at night. The kitchen is well equipped. Microwave oven, Coway, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, even gas stove. Washing machine as well. Excellent.
The bed in the second room is a little bit small for two adults. It is more suitable for children.
