Beautiful semi-detached duplex in Altea with views of the Mediterranean Sea from the home’s spacious and stunning terraces.
The first floor features a living room, kitchen, and laundry area, along with a spacious (35 m²) partially covered terrace offering views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
The upper level has two bedrooms: one double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, and another double bedroom with a full bathroom.
The master bedroom has two terraces—one at the front with views of the sea and the mountains, and the other overlooking the development itself.
The second double bedroom also has a terrace with views of the sea and the mountains.
Both bathrooms have windows facing the outside, providing natural light.
They come with a parking space and are easily accessible by car from downtown Altea.
