Breakfast was local Kerala which we appreciated, except if you wanted a change you could ask for fruit or western egg breakfast. Location is excellent, almost five minutes from every interesting exhibit of the Biennale, and close to the water metro and bus stand.
Apart from breakfast, no other service during the day, including tea or coffee. Water available always. But since there were a number of snacking and food places around within walking distance, we did not find this a problem.

Excellent location in a quiet, peaceful area. The staff were very helpful and courteous, which made the stay comfortable. I really appreciated the late check out. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay, and I would recommend this place.
