Tolle Lage, in der nähe vom Hafen, Restaurant und Supermarkt waren toll zu Fuss erreichbar. Es war sehr ruhig. Wir durften sehr früh einchecken, das war super da wir recht früh am Morgen im Appartement ankamen. Am Tag der Anreise wurden uns noch zusätzliche Handtücher gebracht, da wir über 1 Woche Aufenthalt hatten. Tolles Service. Die Nachbarn im Wohnhaus waren sehr lieb!

Die Parkplatz suche war nicht so easy, es gab zwar vor der Türe eine Ladezone, da durfte man aber nicht parken. Das Parken war meistens nur sehr weit weg möglich und mit Kosten verbunden. Die Ausstattung im Appartement war leider für uns nicht so toll. Es gab keinen Wäscheständer um nasse Badekleidung aufzuhängen, außerdem fehlte es in der Küche an vielem um zu kochen (Kochlöffel,..) Es gab einen Gefrierschrank, jedoch kam uns die Türe beim öffnen entgegen. Fernsehen war nur auf italienisch möglich.

Die Lage ist super, nah zum Zentrum, zum Hafen und zu den Schwimmbädern : )) Die Atmosphäre und das Klima im Apartement haben uns gefallen! Da das Haus auf der Schattenseite liegt, wird es nicht zu warm.

Je eine Ablagefläche im Bad und bei der Küche hätten uns gefreut, etwas mehr Küchenausstattung fürs selber kochen ebenso - ansonsten alles supi.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca del puerto, cerca de supermercados y restaurantes y del centro de la ciudad. Dos habitaciones espaciosas. Además, el amfitrión nos devolvió un secador que nos habíamos dejado.

On the positive side, the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We were disappointed with this apartment because it had a good rating and we expected it to be good. The biggest problem was the windows. The shutters are in a bad condition and cannot be opened (see photo), so the main room is dark all the time. In the bedroom, the owner has nailed vinyl sheet to the inside of the shutters to exclude the light (see photo), when he should have installed blackout curtains or blinds, so the bedroom is pitch black permanently. Other apartments in this building have installed nice new shutters and this apartment needs them too (see photo of the exterior of the building). The kitchen is poorly set up, but you can work with it.  Around the apartment, all the power outlets are the Italian Type L, except the one and only power outlet near the kitchen counter which is a European Type F. If your adapters and plugs are the European Type F (which are the most common) you will have difficulty charging your phone, tablet, etc. It would be helpful for international travelers if the owner could install a couple of Type F outlets replacing a couple of the Type L. The location is at the south end of the waterfront area, so you have about a 1km walk to the main part of the town.  This apartment is one of at least two under this listing, so make sure you know which one you're booking.
