I always stay here when I visit Chennai! next to the Teynampet metro, friendly personnel, next to a superb restaurant (Ananda's) also next to a major bus stop (Vanavil)
They have whatever I need (comfortable beds, hot water 24/7). Very strongly recommended for those on a budget

The guest house accommodation location is very close by near by metro and direct metro from airport too. Even taxis / local transport are 5 steps from guest house. Even though you are foreigner not having indian passport, then as well the staff helps you fulfill all formalities very easy. The price is affordable too. The colleagues and guest house owner are really helpful, kind polite and offer all services as they promised. I can recommend this to anyone with family or single to stay at the guest house. Thanks again to the staff.
