Великолепное место для отдыха на достаточно длительное время. Головокружительный вид на океан: я каждое утро после подъёма выходила на террасу и смотрела на волны и корабли. Каждое утро было добрым, независимо от погоды. По наполнению кухни: 1) есть чайник, кофемашина капсульная Dolce gusto, тостер, блендер, соковыжималка, плита, духовка,холодильник. Можно готовить смузи и пить свежевыжатые соки. 2) также есть утюг, сушилка. 3) для уборки есть щётка, совок, ведро и тряпка. 4) Стиральная машина! На террасе отлично сохнет вся одежда Самые великолепные завтраки мы сервировпли на балконе!. Мы в восторге!

Чтобы было хоть немного прохладнее - делали сквозняк и включали постоянно вентиляторы в комнатах

Отличный вид,ухоженная и современная мебель и техника,есть паркинг на территории,если у вас не большая машина,вы без проблем найдете место, я би приехал сюда еще раз

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf Pool und Meer. Die Lage ist einfach top: Nur 5 Min. zu Fuß zur Playa de los Cristianos, 8 Min. zum Busbahnhof und viele Restaurants sowie Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich und wir haben alle zwei Tage frische Handtücher bekommen. Wir hatten hier einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub!

We liked it a lot. Like, A LOT! The flat is on the 8th floor (there are two flats: this one and the one below - be aware of this when you book) with a huge balcony facing the sea, so you can see the beach, the mountains, the port - the views are fantastic. Next to the building there’s a hotel with a bar and live music every evening (till 10:45 pm), so you can sit on the balcony, drink wine/beer, enjoy the views and listen to live music, which we did a lot. One bedroom and a living room. Air conditioning in both rooms. Comfy bed. A small kitchen with everything you need. The building has a pool and a bar, which we didn’t use. There’s some kind of cleaning service - they clean the flat three times a week, change the towels twice a week and change the sheets once a week. There’s no safe in the flat, which felt a bit odd. It’s a quiet place compared with Las Americas. There’s a small beach next to the building, but it’s rocky and not really suitable for swimming. The proper beach is a 7-minute walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants along the street, but we preferred the less touristy ones in other parts of the island. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

The listing says there’s private parking included in the price, so there’s no need to worry about finding a parking space. Well, that’s not exactly true… There IS parking, but there’s no dedicated space, it’s tiny and always occupied, which is a bit disappointing. The good thing, though, is that there are plenty of spaces on the street in front of the building and it's free of charge
