Central but quiet location with spectacular views from the terraces. Very comfortably furnished and well-maintained. Valentina was super quick to respond to requests for help and was extremely kind. Perugia itself is full of delights.

The apartment is fully recommended. We stayed for 5 days and there had all what is need to spend really nice vacation. The appartment was very clean and comfortable.
The view from the top taras is more than amazing. We drunk every morning coffe there and deligted the vie of Assisi, old town, and green around sourandings.
The place is peace and quite, in the middle old town, very close to rich the most important points, restaurants, musemus, mini metro stop (that's my favourite transport now:)). For some people could be a little issue a lack of elevator in the appartment, but not for us, there wasn't a problem.

Excellent location. Very clean with beautiful views from the windows and an amazing terrace. Ideal for the 2 of us.
We used the free parking in Perugia then caught the minimetro €1.5/person that takes you up to Perugia. Then there is a lift that takes you to the entrance of the city. The apartment is approximately 25 metres away.
The property was excellent. If you are elderly or infirm there are 75 steps (no lift) from the main door up to the apartment. However there is a stairlift that takes you right to the door. I am assuming that you can arrange with the owners to use it.
