Very close to places we wanted to visit. Everything is just walking distance.
The host allows late check-in and he was very accomodating. Updating me thru whatsapps days before check in. Fresh linens you can smell fresh laundry.
Not soundproof. The lock of the door doesn't really lock. We always bring our valuables with us so it okay, but I think this needs changing for security purposes.

Brilliant location. Easy process to gain access. Excellent value for money. No frills but served a perfect purpose for our travel plans. The shower was also fantastic. If you know you are going to be out all day & just want a base for 1 - 2 nights....Cocostay is a winner.
Beds were a tad hard.
