Good location to be close to the co-op live area, clean and tidy.
After booking and paying for the “2 bedroom house” I was then told I only had access to one bedroom and for the second bedroom I would have to pay extra. After backward and forward messages with me stating this was not noted anywhere I was aloud to use the second bedroom providing I paid an additional £15 cleaning fee.
Before arrival I was contacted by the warden in charge to collect the deposit and agreed a time of arrival, after paying the deposit 1 hour before my arrival I was then sat for 45 minutes outside the property before the deposit was confirmed and I was sent the code for access.
The home itself was clean and tidy, lots of list around explained what not to do while stying there but none explained how to turn things on ie the boiler for hot water, I had to look around myself and eventually found the switch in a cupboard in the bathroom.
No use of the t.v and no use of any sockets in the bedrooms only a batty bank.

The property was clean. Beds very comfy. Location is good, was visiting CoOp live, Uber was around £4. Little shop on corner and they had a mini market in the house - if use items just need to leave money. Have a washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer , toaster , kettle, microwave . Towels were there for us to use. The host contacts you on the day , friendly and informative.
Upstairs plugs not working, were informed and they did leave a power device to charge your phones. Need an extra chair in living room and we couldn’t use the TV due to recent breakages. Could have chairs in back garden and local taxi numbers, for some reason Uber not available late at night, very expensive getting back from venue ( £20 )
Took a few days to get deposit back.

The house was exactly what we needed. Exceptionally clean and well located for Man City and Coop LIVE. Everything was well planned for our comfort. It has a Mini-mart in the house, if you need snacks, drinks or forgot personal items. Well stocked free Tea and Coffee station. Comfortable king size bed. Great place to stay, would stay again.
I would suggest adding a working table will complete the comfort of this accommodation.
