The location was nice.. My dog especially loved it.. had plenty of room for my surfboard and it was set up really well to clean up after a day surfing or at the beach with your dog...
The way the AC is set up you have to run fans to draw the cool air into the other room... On hot days the main room didn't get very cool especially with the humidity the way it's been.... There was a window that had no curtain for privacy and I thought that would have been a perfect spot for a small air conditioning unit, problem solved.
