Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the patio. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 23 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

• Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail- This trail system offers beautiful natural scenery—perfect for biking or hiking through marshes, woods, and along the coast. It’s a quieter way to enjoy the outdoors in the Orange Beach area.
• Gulf State Park- Although slightly outside Orange Beach, this park offers miles of trails, beautiful beach access, bike rentals and nature observation. It’s ideal for a full day outdoors.
• Perdido Pass- A scenic water‐passage connecting bays and the Gulf, offering boating views and nice spots for photography or a quiet stroll near the water.
• Little Lagoon- A calm, shallow lagoon ideal for kayaking, bird-watching, and a tranquil escape from the beach crowds.
• Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach- A wonderful cultural stop where you can view local art, watch glass-blowing demonstrations, or even participate in studio activities.
