The house itself was great! Four big beds served our family well. The house was a cool, comfortable escape from Florida’s summer heat. There was a sweet gift basket on arrival. Four televisions so everyone could relax and watch what they wanted. Communication with hosts was excellent. They have really thought through how to make the place welcoming and user-friendly to guests. Location is central and great for the whole Tampa Bay Area! Malls and grocery stores are nearby. The only downside was some sketchy neighbors, which the hosts obviously can’t control, who smoked a lot of pot. We only smelled it outside and not in the home, so it wasn’t a major problem. But had we wanted to hang out in the yard, it might have impacted things more.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The host was excellent with communication, responded quickly to any questions, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to book again in the future.

A Wonderful Home and the Most Caring Host What a delightful experience! This beautiful home exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged, and the space is absolutely lovely.The host is simply wonderful – genuinely attentive and incredibly responsive. They answered every single question I had, no matter how small or silly it might have been. Their kindness and willingness to help made my stay truly special.
