Perfect for a large family, work crews or groups up to 9 people with two living areas two laundry areas, and two kitchens to allow multiple people cooking and preparing food. A great home for a small company workforce to spend time together yet still have their own private space and individual smart tv in each bedroom! This is a duplex and you will have access to the entire building. Each side has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a laundry area.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the hall closet located on the 312 side which is only for the cleaning staff`s use.

This is a quiet little spot on the edge of downtown where you will find everything very convenient, yet set apart from the noise and congestion that most of the lodging available to the downtown area has to deal with. Here you can sit outside on the porch and watch the squirrels play and the birds sing! ENJOY!
No pets are allowed on furniture or bedding. All pets will need to be crated if left alone in home unless prior discussion and permission is given by host. Guest is responsible for any damages incurred by pet.
No parties, no smoking inside. If you smoke outside, please pick up all cigarette butts and dispose of them in the trash can located in the front yard beside the fence. Thank you
