In the heart of Prati, one of Rome's most elegant and safest neighbourhoods, Kins Milizie is a fully renovated designer apartment, ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people. It's on the 4th floor of a historic building with elevator, just steps from Ottaviano and Lepanto metro stations (Line A).
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms with bidet, a large bright living room with dining area and flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Two balconies: one off the living room, quiet and perfect for a morning coffee or an aperitivo, and one in the master bedroom overlooking tree-lined Viale delle Milizie. Free fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels included.
St. Peter's Square, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo and the shopping street Via Cola di Rienzo are all within a few minutes' walk. By metro you're just a few stops from the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the historic centre. The area is full of restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Check-in is flexible and contactless, at any time. On request, we can arrange an airport transfer to and from Fiumicino (approx. 30 km) and Ciampino (approx. 18 km) for an additional fee. Just let us know a few days before your arrival.
