Excellent location and very easy access to parking and the beach.
The living room furniture was old and rickety. One of the beds in the guest room was also hard as a rock. Personally, it would be awesome if there were at least some spices to use for cooking.

The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beach was excellent. Beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need.
I was grateful to have parking included, but it was a little tight trying to leave the parking garage.
