Great resort

Black out curtains are inadequate for the about l amount of light shining directly into the room from the parking lot, air conditioning did nothing, restaurant directly across from room is loud but you have to keep the window open due to lack of AC

Location is great. Beautiful vistas all around. We came in October and the leaves were in the middle of changing colors. Breathtaking.

This particular unit is not operated by the hotel. There's no housekeeping. We got extra towels from the wellness center upstairs. The amenities are accessible using a room key, but we had to get a new key every day from the front desk. Even though there's a kitchenette in the room, the cooktop doesn't work. It was advertised as having a kitchen. It doesn't. I had early mornings and specific dietary needs so I needed to cook my own breakfast. I didn't eat breakfast during my stay. The hotel restaurant is a joke and the bakery didn't have anything I could eat.... None of it looked very appetizing either. Restaurants in town weren't open early enough. There were some wonderful places to eat in town for lunch though. The steam rooms and hot tub were all out of order. Saunas worked. Not co-ed.
