The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, which made it particularly convenient for our longer stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, plates and other kitchenware. There was also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron, which made the apartment feel much more like a home than short-term accommodation. The location was convenient for Leeds city centre. Communication with Syed was excellent throughout our stay — he was friendly, responsive and helpful whenever we contacted him.
A few items could have been better prepared on arrival, but these were relatively minor issues and communication with the host was very good whenever we needed assistance.

Comfortable well kitted out spacious flat.
Convenient location to the local canal and path which enabled us to walk into central Leeds and view and visit the many attractions of this beautiful and interesting city.
So many historic old buildings to be found by using the canal path.
Aldi within walking distance by using the canal path to get under a main road and Sainsbury's 10 minutes walk away in the direction of town

Modern apartment in a good location for the city centre with parking included. Great shower with good water pressure.
The building only has one very slow lift, so the wait can be long. Be aware of a lot of road noise which some people may find disrupts sleep. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.
