I chose this ground floor apartment for its convenient location, and it was perfect on that score

Excellent location for cycling out of Lymington towards nearby points of interest. Also, very conveniently located for the town centre and quays, within a few minutes walk. Spacious lounge. Electric heater supplied since controls for central heating were unavailable.

No dishwasher, despite being advertised as having one. No actual oven or grill: only 2 cooking rings and a microwave oven. Quite a bit of family/children noise from occupants of the main house above.

Booked for three nights but stayed only two hours

The location was good and the accommodation itself was adequate and clean

This property is not an apartment. It is a converted garage within a family house. The sound proofing from the living accommodation above is extremely poor. The children living above were running around, shouting and having a rough and tumble. A woman was shouting at them to behave and the washing machine was rattling away above the bedroom. This was constant and at times sounded like they were coming through the thin ceiling. We heard every word and were often startled when the children apparently jumped off furniture.
