The retreat is absolutely beautiful. Tucked away. The staff were incredible, very kind. They also helped organised everything. There are no places close by to get food, however, the hotel can organise this for you.

Great staff, accommodating every request, even let delayed check out. Polite behaviour. Great scenery.
Cleanliness was an issue. There were insect droppings on the walls, asked to change rooms. Rooms had a musty smell of being closed for a long time. They could have freshened it up knowing there was a booking.
