Great property. Lift to 4th Floor apartment very helpful. Central location. Area felt very safe. 10–15 minutes walk to all major sights. Large rooms. Good communication with owner.

No negatives.

The property is decent. It looks like the pictures but in person there are a lot of details that show that it is neglected. The location is near the station and in the center.

The first bad impression was from the host. The previous day he contacted me and asked for arrival time, we preferred at 15:00-16:00 to check in right after our flight, but he said that he is busy and we had to wait one hour with our luggage. The host didn’t speak english. The apartment has a weird smell right when we entered. There was a bad smell from the bathroom all the time. The sheets were clean but didn’t smell good. There were some locked rooms in the apartment which didn’t make us feel safe. There were always some suspicious people at the entree of the building.
