Location

The oven wasn't working, the shower was leaking, and there were a few stains on the pillows and towels.

It new, clean and well equipped and perfect location.

No elevator, but it is an old building I understand.

The apartment was centrally located, reasonably clean, well equipped and modernly renovated.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The host only informed us the evening before arrival that we had to send a photo of our passport to receive the access code. Due to cybersecurity concerns, I refused and had to negotiate for hours before they finally accepted my driving licence instead. The payment process was equally suspicious. Despite having a card linked to Booking.com, we were expected to leave cash in a key safe. We received an unexpected call while out in the city and had to return early to hand over the money. After collecting it, communication with the host practically stopped. The parking was extremely cramped and far from the apartment. The building and surroundings felt unpleasant, the view was poor, and noise from neighbours continued late into the night. Overall, the handling of personal data and payment made us feel very uncomfortable. We would not recommend this place despite the apartment itself being decent.
