Central to the function we went to, and was a good price
Even though the bathroom was very modern, it was unusualy small even though the shower was very spacious.
The parking down the side of the property was unclear what park was ours.

Great location, quite neighbourhood, within walking distance to Greenlane Hospital. It took me 10 min to drive into the Tepid Pools which is in the city centre. There is a great vege shop, and a number of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Close offsite parking.
Others might find the family noise from upstairs a problem. However, it did not worry me. I slept through the night without any disturbance.

The room was clean and comfortable with a very nice en suite bathroom. It was useful to have a wardrobe with a selection of hangers. We appreciated the tea and coffee sachets and bottled water provided. Despite being across the road from Greenlane Hospital it was surprisingly quiet. There was a small microwave with a very basic collection of cups, glasses and cutlery.
The free parking was in fact out on the street and although close to the studio had a two hour time limit during the day. There were no opening windows so no fresh air ventilation.
