Well equiped, new apartment in the new building. Very comfortable and spacious. Unerground parking with elevator to the apartment floor.
There is a fire station across the balcony side that has loud freequent announcements and tests during the day. However, you get used to it.

We booked two apartments. They are new and modern with all the comforts. The beds are comfortable, and there are useful appliances like a washing machine and excellent air conditioning. The underground parking is also very convenient for keeping the car safe.
The apartments were not clean when we arrived. Check-in was listed as 3 p.m., but when we asked to enter, they told us the place wasn't ready and we had to wait until 4 p.m. On the other hand, in the morning they started knocking earlier than the agreed check-out time, which was very annoying.
