Hôtel Dar Farhat

La posizione è ottima, a due passi a piedi dalla Medina. La reception è piccolina ma graziosa, arredata in stile tunisino. La colazione a buffet offre poche scelte, ma devo dire che era tutto molto buono. La vista dalla camera, sui tetti di Tunisi, era suggestiva. Per il resto, parliamo sempre di un hotel molto economico, che è uno dei maggiori punti di forza, ma ovviamente non vi aspettate grande lusso... Lo staff era gentile e accogliente, e ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze (riuscendo a superare anche i problemi di comunicazione, perché io non parlo francese e loro non parlavano inglese).

Il bagno onestamente lasciava un po' a desiderare... i sanitari mi sembravano un po' datati, la doccia era aperta (senza vetro né tendina) e il soffione mi è rimasto in mano. Ma tutto sommato, a quel prezzo, ci si può stare.

Very kind staff, the location is near the heart of Medina, and you can park the motorcycle in front of the entrance, it’s very secure. Super comfortable room, it looks like a mini apartment, and got a with a view in Rue Mongi Slim!

All problems were fixed rather quickly when notified. Position of the place was great - close to all points to interest

First night I found a half dead cockroach in my room. Second night, there was a live one going around the room. The toilet was not clean and the AC did not work on the first day. The shower floods the entire bathroom, and the water drains really slowly. Most problems were fixed but it was really difficult for the staff to understand - and I speak both English and French
