Avis et évaluations

- Close to Metro 3 Line / bus and tram & grocerys/supermarkets
- fair pricing
- perfectly working AC
- well rounded kitchen set up
- good and clean furniture
- strong WiFi
- communication with landlord works very well. We had a short power outage in the house and were informed instantly (and the problem was solved in hours)
Not inherintly bad, but things one shoud be aware of:
- drain in the shower is quite slow
- 4 appartements with one hallway, so some sounds of others can be heard
For appartement 1:
- Has only one window looking out to the courtyard (where ppl smoke quite frequently and sounds can be heard aswell)
- The bed stands directly on the floor without legs, so it creaks a bit

Studio looks exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and the building together with the courtyard in which is located are pretty quiet. Studio is perfect for accommodating 3-4 persons over a weekend stay in Budapest.
The studio is a bit smaller than it looks like in the pictures. We also had a bit of a hard time to find the locker containing the keys because in the self checkin message provided doesn't say anything about the hallway behind the courtyard where the lockers are a bit "hidden" and hard to find if you are checking in late in the night....
