Enjoy the best of both worlds in this Century I unit, a beautiful two-story oceanfront condo offering stunning views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. The entry-level primary suite features its own private balcony and sweeping bay views, creating a peaceful place to relax and take in Ocean City's famous sunsets. Upstairs, the bright open living area showcases breathtaking ocean views and provides access to a spacious oceanfront balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunrise and the sound of the waves. The unit also includes a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for six, making it easy to gather for meals during your stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the condo highlight the incredible scenery, while two full bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience and comfort to your beach getaway.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

The checkin process was easy and Carol was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the ocean view, but the condo setup wasn’t ideal. There is only one elevator that doesn’t require stairs. The access to the elevator is also very awkward and tough to navigate. The rental itself seems new and has a few issues they haven’t worked out yet. The fridge didn’t get cold enough and spoiled our food, one of the sinks leaks, and there was a strong and loud air current coming through one of the windows. I would be less critical if the price wasn’t so steep.
