Additional Details
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, charcoal grill, beach chairs, and beach towels. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
Our beach home is a pet-friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction.

Property was amazing! Fully loaded with everything you need. From extra blankets to all the dishes and all the cooking appliances. Our stay was amazing so close to the beach the pool was amazing. Most definitely will be staying here again! Truly loved it all. Not one problem.

We had a great time and this was in a perfect location to everything. A little safety repair issue arose but Dan was quick to come by and fix it quickly.Appreciate the communication.

We just wrapped up a 4-day stay with my wife and a group of 10 teenagers, and it was an absolute success.Everything went incredibly well from start to finish. With a group that size, we had to get a little creative with sleeping arrangements—some of the boys shared beds and others used the pull-out mattress—but the property had absolutely everything on hand to accommodate us comfortably.The space was well-equipped, everything ran smoothly, and it handled our large crew perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
