This had the best location you could ask for. Coeur D'Alene was so fun and minutes to get to practically everything. Parks (awesome lake dog park), restaurants, bars were so nice and so close. The house had everything you could need. Awesome little awning in the backyard we loved the most.

The property met all our needs.Great location, quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Fenced in yard for pets.Rooms had good lighting. Friendly neighbors.

This was a perfect location for our Gymnastics meet at the CDA Resort. Super cute and cozy. Wonderful backyard for your furry friend. Very quiet neighborhood. If you are coming in the winter months, ask the host to turn on the heat prior to your arrival. It took 7 hours to reach 68 degrees.

The check-in process, location and communication with property manager was seamless and easy. However, we experienced some bugs that were located around the house (centipedes), the AC wasn't dropping below mid 70's (it was very hot outside during our stay) and there was a huge hornet's nest about the entryway what resulted in a sting, luckily it was not our infant.
I reported all things to the property manager and she was very responsive and professional and let me know that after I reported all of these things, after our stay, she sent AC folks to the house, and insect exterminators to take care of the nest and centipedes. So we very much appreciated that.
However, I did ask if there was a form of discount or coverage for a night of our stay due to these inconveniences and the owners of the property were contacted but we never heard back to them. I don't like to give bad reviews, but I think in this circumstance, it would've been appropriate to have some sort of monetary discount.
