Nice house in a quiet neighborhood! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Hot tub was a nice added touch and they have an outdoor grill. Location was central to all the things we wanted to do in and around Denver. Host was easy to communicate with. My only suggestion would be a small couch or loveseat on the kitchen/dining room floor. We did use the downstairs family room often, but the plastic chairs on kitchen floor were uncomfortable.

Stayed here back to back over two separate bookings, the hosts were phenomenal and the house is truly magical, and lovely!
