The condo was clean & the view was wonderful. By now I’m sure it’s been noticed that the pepper was knocked off behind stove & the toilet paper holder came off the wall in the primary bedroom. Two things to note: The can opener isn’t user friendly & the coffee maker needs to be replaced. Other than that I would definitely recommend this condo.

We loved our March stay for many reasons the highlights include: cleanliness, communication with property manager, and ease of check in (completely handled via email and text) and the view. This property located on the 3rd floor (there is one elevator in the middle of the building and stairs flanking each end) looks east over the 2 pools and restaraunt with an impressive ocean view. The property was represented well in the photos. The layout upon entering the front door has the largest bedroom first door on the right with a shower only bathroom attached. Proceeding down the hall, a full bath is on the right followed by a second smaller bedroom (which has a door to the hall bath). Proceed forward and the property opens to a small, open kitchen and family room with a sliding glass door to a balcony with chairs and a table. The guest in the first, larger bedroom reported they could hear the car traffic on the road outside the window. Not a problem unless you’re a light sleeper - but I imagine if you are you travel with a fan or earplugs. Neither bedroom had a luggage rack, and the second bedroom has no closet making unpacking inconvenient but not a dealbreaker by any means. The restaraunt on location was very good, you can order drinks at their bar and enjoy poolside. Very easy access to the beach too. Overall, for 2 guests looking for time on the beach and a room with a view we were very pleased and would return to this property without hesitation.
