We love the Hyatt properties in Harrisonburg. It's a pleasant area and there's no doubt the new-ness of the properties helps. Great stay.

Extremely clean. Only 3 months old. Very well maintained
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The hotel was nice. It has a mid size refrigerator (as opposed to those tiny refrigerators usually seen in hotels), a full sink and the room was nicely laid out. One minor distraction was that the TV didn't work and there was no one there who could fix it. Additionally, we were not able to connect to the internet..... may have been related as to why the TV didn't work. The host at the hotel was apologetic however was unable to fix the problem.

It's very clean and staff is helpful. The complain is the AC is a little noisy.
