Location location location! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The manager was awesome, the pet fees are the most affordable in the area. I'd stay here again.

Place was quite nice. Nighttime staff not friendly. The morning young man and cleaning lady was very friendly. Loved the waffles. Will stay again.

The price was reasonable for last minute plans. One of the best places to stay in Modesto especially when you need a 24 hr restaurant thats walking distance from the hotel. Marie's Taco Shop serves authentic Mexican food and beer.
