Bears Lair accommodates up to 11 guests across five sleeping areas and eight beds, with 3.5 bathrooms. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

- Bedroom 4: Twin-over-twin bunk bed.

**PARKING & SKI STORAGE**

The attached two-car garage accommodates small to midsize vehicles. Larger vehicles can park in the driveway, which has room for two cars.

Limited street parking is available; please follow posted “No Parking” signs. Store your skis in the garage before heading inside.

Guests have access to the townhome, private deck with saltwater hot tub and grill, and attached garage. Community amenities include a clubhouse, gym, park, year-round hot tub, and seasonal summer pool.

Getting Around:

A free bus stop is located outside the community, and High Valley Transit shuttle pickups can be requested through its app. Garage and driveway parking are available. Please follow posted restrictions when using street parking.
