Wild West Estate is a newly remodeled 7-bedroom Old Town Scottsdale vacation rental, less than a mile from the restaurants, galleries and nightlife of Old Town. It sleeps 16 across 4,900 square feet.

The backyard is the reason groups book it. A heated pool and raised spa sit beside a sunken swim-up bar with in-pool stools, a bar counter and an outdoor TV. Around it are a pergola lounge on the turf, a private putting green, a bocce court and a fire pit.

Inside, wood-paneled ceilings, brick accent walls and oversized windows set an industrial-meets-southwest tone. The game room has an 85-inch TV, a pool table and a 16-foot shuffleboard table. The kitchen and dining room seat the whole group at once.

It suits family reunions, golf trips, spring training weekends and corporate retreats. Scottsdale Stadium, home of Giants spring training, is a few minutes away.
