It’s a big house which accommodated a big family like my. It's a family-friendly place.

Derek has a great house and was a great host. Very responsive

In terms of value, I’m not sure you can get much better than this. This property was perfectly functional for my group trip. We all had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The property was generally clean, I’d give the cleanliness a 7/10. However, if you consider the landscape, size, and age of the property, it understandably can be a bit dusty. It’s located directly on the water as shown in the pictures, and we loved it! The host is a pleasure to deal with, and we had a great experience throughout booking and checking out. Would definitely recommend this property for a large group!

This property worked out for us as a bachelor party. However, all 12 of us were in agreement if our wives or families were with us it is unlikely that we would have stayed. The property is in need of some serious maintenance on the exterior and interior. There were bedrooms, bathrooms, & dining room that were not available for our use as advertised. The pool was unusable as we were told the next day the pool company would be out.... They shocked the pool and advised us not to get in. The countertops in the kitchen were black when cleaned. The refrigerator seals are shot and it would not stay shut. The dock is a lawsuit waiting to happen. We had a great time with our buddies, but I would have been irate if I travelled more than 2 hours to get there or if my family would have been with us. If you are looking for a massive home and do not mind it not being in excellent condition, this is probably the one for you. If you are looking for a massive home that is in great condition and ready for your family to enjoy, you may want to keep looking.
