We require copies of passports (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance 🕒 to register your stay with community/building security 🏢. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time.

★Arrival and Departure Times★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m., and the latest check-in time is 11 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!

★Access Cards and Keys★
Your access cards and keys are your ticket to a seamless stay 🎟️.
You’ll find them inside the apartment 🗝️, and feel free to reach out if you need any assistance.
Please note that a fee of AED 500 will be charged if you lose your access card or parking card/sticker 🚗.

In the master bedroom, you’ll find:

Extra bedding is stored in your closet for your convenience, including an additional flat sheet and a blanket with a cover 🧺. Two more full sets of towels are also waiting for you.
If you need extra sets, just let us know 48 hours before check-in; the cost is AED 50 per set.
Please do not use kitchen towels for cleaning 🧼, as grease can cause irreversible damage. Damaged or missing towels will result in charges at check-out (AED 70 for a bath towel, AED 40 for a hand towel, and AED 20 for a face towel).

Make yourself at home with our basic cleaning supplies 🧽. A mop, broom, extra trash bags, and toilet paper are available for your use. Various cleaning products are also available to keep your space sparkling clean ✨.
