The villa features:
- First floor: a cozy living area with large floor-to-ceiling windows, an open-concept fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room.
- Mezzanine level: 1 private restroom and 1 laundry room.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed; both bedrooms offer ocean views, are air-conditioned, and feature a walk-in closet; 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 separate toilet.

Sheets and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer, ...), the bathrooms have a hair dryer, and the villa has its own washing machine, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

Outside, the lounge chairs and the heated pool (April through October) are shared, as is a pool house with a plancha grill, which is available to the guests of both rented villas.

A pétanque court is available for some wonderful moments.
